  Cranked thermostat for two days but room remains at 15'c and getting cooler complained at front desk got moved to a new room. Owner said its a boiler problem that's being repaired. No microwaves in rooms but have a good sized mini fridge. six plugs in room (all but two were used all ready). Asked staff for a power bar was told one would be brought over, three days later still nothing. Toiletries are not replaced daily , after writing this review they now are.

  The rooms are tidy and recently updated. The internet is reliable. The breakfast isn't that spectacular but not that many people pass through. Could be cheaper but all minor issues. Having a good hotel in a small town is no small feat.

  Very disapointed. When checking in they had name right and information wrong. We got to our room and had no heat. When we asked for a new room they said they couldn't do it because the hotel was all booked. We were suppose to be decorating a hall for a wedding but had to sit in the lobby of the hotel for 2 hours before they finally gave us another room. Once we got into our new room it was quite comfortable.

  Needs repair. Might want to clean bed sheets next time as it was full of strangers long black hair. Bit stinky too
